U.S. Navy MH-60 Seahawk Over Orion Spacecraft Recovery

A U.S. Navy MH-60 Seahawk helicopter from Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 23 flies overhead as small boats approach NASA’s Orion spacecraft in the Pacific Ocean off California.

NASA’s Landing and Recovery team and U.S. Navy personnel work together to safely extract the Artemis II crewmembers and recover the spacecraft onto USS John P. Murtha.
